and this is where he comes across hibiki. the thing is – it is ridiculously cold out. it’s the kind of chill that seeps in and stays, freezing from the inside out until mobility slows and stops altogether. keith’s hands, with their impractical fingerless gloves, are already growing stiff. he doesn’t want to stay but…
maybe he could benefit from a few minutes, before resuming his trek. so he walks over and sits down, close to the fire but not necessarily her; he does like his personal space. ]
