it's not the most comfortable place to hang out, and he probably wouldn't be able to get away with doing it if he wasn't so small, but it's fine. there's some pretty choice people-watching up here, too—not something he usually cares about at all, but things are a lot more interesting in the afterlife. some of the people down there don't even look like they're humans.
this guy, for example. he's got wings. pretty cool. he looks frustrated, though, which is a little perplexing, and Levi can't help but comment on it. ]
