Cheers. [ Tartaglia is just as happy to clink their pastries together, careful not to let the muffin fall apart. ] And Sylvain is hilarious. He thinks he can tell me I'll be on laundry duty for the rest of the month, but I feel like messing with him instead.

[ What is he going to do? No one knows. Only Tartaglia knows and that's not a good thing for anyone. ]

I do tend to get up pretty early in the morning for some light training so I'll try not to make too much noise.

Ah. You two sound a bit similar, actually. [ gingers............. if he puts both of them on laundry rotation, will any of their clothes get washed, or will it just turn into a prank war ] But if you want to "mess with him," you could simply drag him to train with you. He dislikes it quite a lot.

[ reality: sylvain hates training with dimitri because dimitri is a crazy person and probably makes them run 400 laps. childe can also do this funney prank. ]

Though I'd be happy to join you instead. I always try to get some exercise done in the morning and before bed.

[ Dimitri shouldn't have put that suggestion in his head because now poor Sylvain will have to deal with Tartaglia bugging him every morning — at 4 AM or something unholy — to go out for a run. He wouldn't bother Dimitri since he figures the guy would already be awake at that point. ]

How do you feel about spars?

[ Running at the crack of dawn is definitely on his agenda. Would it make more sense for Dimitri and Childe to train together on their own? Yes. Would it perhaps be more entertaining to make Sylvain do it instead? Yes, but he'd never admit as much.

He cracks a small smile, humored, as easy to please as handing a toy to a dog. ]

Sparring is one of the few things that clears my mind. Though not many will take me up on it.

[ Because he's a crazy person. But also, he takes a belated nibble of the mistleberry tart as he considers, having completely forgotten about it for a bit. ]

Do you enjoy it? We ought to have some bouts sometime. I'm always grateful for a challenge. [ He's excited—but also yawns almost immediately. ]
