[ this month has been, for lack of a better term, annoying.

from the cold to the mistletoe, and now to this, this feeling of dread about the only place here that needs to stay safe above all else.

so, they travel across the tempest (together? they just met up by chance on the boat? i have no idea) and make to the their homes. it's more than a little eerie, being here, but rosa just gestures to the doorway. ]

[They met on the boat, the other woman's anxiousness catching Kainé's softer side. She was headed back to her home in the Shadowlands as well. Once the chest tightness and headaches hit, in addition to the already terrible disease of Hanahaki, Kainé immediately set to returning to her tethers.

Someone is there, and that someone is going to get an ass kicking. But right now, Kainé is going to help this woman protect her own home and tethers.]

[ oh, the confidence is nice. it would be bad if she dragged someone nervous over here... so it's a relief to have kainé here. at one hand, rosa hopes that they were just imagining things and nothing's wrong, but she would feel bad for dragging the other woman here in that case.
