But now, she struggled to breath after walking any distance, something felt like it was stuck in her throat, yet would not budge. Left her clearing her throat, a fever on her brow that she wrapped herself up against the chilling winds against.
And he did not look a sight better, when she ran into him. Going to greet him with a pleasant hello, but stopping immediately to step close and peer at him. With that expert hand of someone used to checking over people who would probably fuss and tell her to stop, she reached up to brush his forehead and see for herself.
Not that he'd appreciate the comparison to toddlers, likely. ]

It's ruined of course, by the breathe she takes to say it and immediately begins to cough again. Not a polite, little cough, but deeper, longer sounds that seem to come from the bottom of her chest yet she cannot get air in to do it. ]
It will - it will pass. I have a strong constitution, one of the gifts from - [ a stop, to cough again, and she has to let him go. She should not be rushing to speak so fast. ] .... but I fear it is taking... taking more time, here.
